Awesome plan! Can you make a description about the sets?
As you see in the visual, there’s 3 circuits per workout. Each circuit has a super set between exercises. Rest 60 seconds in between each, complete 3 rounds per circuit.

As far as I understand it is 3 supersets
should we rest 1 Min between supersets or between 5he 2 exercises ? The arrow makes it confusing.
should we do 3 rounds per superset then the second superset or 3 supersets in a row then this circuit 3 times ?
what about the rest between supersets ?
You do 3 rounds per super set. You rest 60 seconds after you complete a super set. You DO NO move to the next super set until you finish the current super set.
Hola,Juan excelente entrenamiento,quiero hacer un aporte,noto algunos ejercicios unilaterales en la rutina,los cuales son muy importante.Existemuchas razones para hacerlos,pero quiero resaltas tres razones: 1-Vamos a trabajar ambos lados del cuerpo de forma pareja,lo cual nos va ayudar eliminar el desbalance muscular. 2-Vamos a trabajar mas el abdomen,porque en ciertos ejercicios vamos a necesitar activar el core para poderlo estabilizarlo. 3-Podemos aumentar el nivel de dificultad de los ejercicios.Una forma de añadir ejercicios unilaterales en tus rutinas es trabajarlos en superseries,como estan descritos aqui.Gracias.
