Workout Instructions:

Start at the bottom and work your way up. Complete 4 rounds.

Level 1:  Complete the 3 exercises back to back without resting. Then rest no more than 60 seconds before going to Level 2.

Level 2: Complete the 2 exercises back to back without resting.  Then rest no more than 45 seconds before going to Level 3.

Level 3: Complete the 2 exercises back to back without resting.  Then rest no more than 30 seconds before going to Level 4.

Level 4: Do 15 seconds of full on battle ropes. Then rest no more than 20 seconds before going back to Level 1.
