What do I bring to the sessions?

A bottle of water and a small towel. A heart monitor is highly encouraged. You can use an Apple Watch, A Polar heart rate monitor or a Whoop.

What is your cancellation policy?

I’m pretty flexible when it comes to cancellations. I just need a 2-3 hour heads up, if possible.
